After doing some research, I quickly realise that I shouldn't roast my chicken in the oven, which is the least sustainable way to cook because of its high energy demand and lengthy cooking times. In this case, I'd have to roast the chicken for one hour and 30 minutes at 180C (356F) in a fan oven. It's a highly inefficient way to cook as you're not just warming up the food, but also the surrounding air and the oven itself.
